1) How much do I pay for delivery of my new cookware / dinnerware?

We deliver FREE OF CHARGE throughout South Africa.

 

2) How long will delivery of my cookware / dinnerware take?

Goods will be delivered within 7 working days after receipt of payment.


3) Can a purchase be made outside South Africa?

We do not supply goods outside South Africa.


4)How do I pay for my goods?

Payments for your goods can be made by credit card or internet banking (EFT). Payments can also be made
by using an auto teller, telephone banking or by direct deposit which can be made at any Absa Bank.

Proof of payment is required before your goods can be delivered.

5) Will damaged goods be replaced on receipt of delivery?

We will gladly replace any damaged item(s) free of charge, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery. This applies to both our cookware and dinnerware ranges.

 

6) Can I replace individual item(s) of broken dinnerware at a later stage?

Yes, individual item(s) can be replaced, saving you the disadvantage of an incomplete crockery set at an extra charge. Please contact us should you need to replace any broken goods.

 

7) Which temperature should be used when cooking?

       Cook on low to medium heat.
